1. Introduction
ARES (the “Application”) for Bitrix24 fetches data from the public Czech Register of Economic Entities (ARES, ares.gov.cz) and writes it into the customer's CRM.

3. Purpose (installation)
We process installation data to provide the app, technical support and license records. We do not use it for third-party marketing.
4. External services
- ARES REST API — public registry, read-only HTTPS.
- Bitrix24 — CRM hosting and OAuth tokens.
- No ad trackers or data resale.
5. Retention and GDPR
Data remains in the customer's account. Install records are kept for the app's lifetime and a reasonable period after uninstall. Uninstalling the app does not delete custom fields or synced CRM data. The CRM data controller is the customer; vJednom provides a tool to copy public registry data.
